ABOUT ABOUT

Circuit Trails Coalition members are building 500 miles of trail in Greater Philadelphia by 2025. Join us for a trip to beautiful Bartram's Garden and learn about leadership and volunteer opportunities to help advance trail development throughout our region. In addition to a brief presentation and networking session, this event will include garden tours, adult beverages provided by Lagunitas, and complimentary sandwiches.

Multiple organizations will take part, including the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Environmental Council and Schuylkill River Development Corporation among others.

Meet at 5:30 p.m. at "The Porch" on the corner of 30th & Market Streets by the bike racks, for a laid-back group bike ride to the event. Those who prefer public transit can meet at the same place/time and take a SEPTA trolley from 30th Street directly to the garden's front door (please note that you'll need to bring your own SEPTA fare. Cash is $2.50 on board, or $2 for Key card holders). If you want to get there on your own (but where's the fun in that?), meet us 6 pm at the Barn inside Bartram's Garden.

We look forward to seeing you there and sharing opportunities for you to be leaders in Circuit Trails development.

Each fall, Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP) hosts State of Young Philly (SOYP), a dynamic 10-day event series filled with programming designed to connect young Philadelphians of every background, showcase their positive impact, and amplify their voices. SOYP 2018 brings together nonprofits, government entities, civic leaders, and local businesses to help young Philadelphians identify what civic engagement means to them and the role each individual can play in driving change in their communities.
