Stand With Her: Where the power of a girl’s voice through education can transform Philadelphia and the world.
Join us for an interactive museum-like experience raising awareness about the sex trafficking crisis-locally and globally-and the impact of educating/empowering our girls. As you engage with the showcase, you will also have an opportunity to meet and learn from our teen RAGOH girls as we create a space to dialogue about these issues. Our goal is to for you to leave with a greater understanding of the prevalence of child trafficking and how empowering education can decrease the likelihood of our girls falling prey to this atrocity. We will also share how our team at RAGOH creates a safe place for our teen girls here in Philadelphia to heal, dream, learn, grow, and lead! We are changing the narrative of how the world perceives and treats our girls....and showcasing them as the world changers they are! We invite you to join us in that mission! There is limited space, so grab a group of friends/family and get your tickets soon! Learn more at www.ragoh.org and we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, November 16th!
**RAGOH's mission is to equip teen girls to raise their voices as leaders and inspire communities to advocate for girls’ access to education in the developing world! Our innovative programming builds mutually beneficial partnerships between schools in urban communities in the U.S. with schools/nonprofit organizations in developing countries who are committed to gender equity by combatting educational barriers such as child marriage, sex trafficking, forced labor and poverty. Through global education/awareness, cross-cultural communication, and student-led/mentor-supported advocacy, we empower our girls to discover their voices and equip them to share their stories.**
