The economic and social costs associated with the rising number of poor retirees in Philadelphia could potentially undermine the city's current economic revival. To change the "traditional retirement" dialogue around the problem affecting thousands of Philadelphians across every neighborhood, we propose hosting a panel discussion with elected officials, business leaders, financial experts and community voices to focus on the reality that young professionals must address now.
The panel will focus on how Millennial's struggle to save for retirement, it will also presenting innovative strategies that can improve the city's retirement security outlook
