Draw the Lines is on a mission to slay the gerrymander in Pennsylvania. How? By inspiring voters young and old to show that they are ready, willing and able to take over the job of drawing electoral districts from the politicians who have made such a hash of it.
DTL believes fixing democracy should be fun, which is why ... Bar Games. Come learn all you need to know about how gerrymandering happens and what we can do to end it by playing games like the Put PA Back Together Challenge, Political Pictionary, Flashes of Insight and PA Corruption Quizzo.
And take a test drive with DistrictBuilder, DTL's cool online mapping tool. You can learn how to make your own map, enter it in DTL's statewide mapping competitions, share it with lawmakers (to make a difference), and maybe win a prize (to help pay those bills).

Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP) sponsors State of Young Philly (SOYP), which is a dynamic 10-day event series filled with programming designed to connect young Philadelphians of every background, showcase their positive impact, and amplify their voices. SOYP 2018 brings together nonprofits, government entities, civic leaders, and local businesses to help young Philadelphians identify what civic engagement means to them and the role each individual can play in driving change in their communities.
